Evergreen Air Center
Evergreen Air Center was established in 1975 at Pinal Air Park in Marana. The Center quickly became known as a leader in the field of aircraft-related services through quality work and exceptional customer service. The Center offers a large, diversified maintenance facility to commercial, military and private operators of fixed-and-rotar wing aircraft of virtually every size and modification. Located in Southern Arizona, the climate is ideal for all types of aircraft maintenance, repair and short-and-long-term storage on a year-round basis. Evergreen Air Center is one of very few companies in the United States with an FAA Unlimited Airframe Repair Certificate and with the facilities, equipment and trained personnel to perform such diverse maintenance and repair.

Overall support facilities include:
  • Over 110,000 sq. ft. of hangar space for maintenance, repair, inspection, and painting of aircraft.
  • More than 350,000 sq. ft. of shops and covered warehouse areas.
  • Twenty million sq. ft. of aircraft storage ramp which is accessed by lighted, wide-body runway.
  • Roving and fixed base security on a seven-day, 24 hour basis for personal and property protection.
Today, Evergreen Air Center continues a growth pattern, catering to the maintenance requirements of the world's commercial airlines, express cargo carriers, aircraft leasing companies and financial institutions.

Services

Aircraft tear-down and recycling
Evergreen Air Center has an extensive facility and an experienced cadre of technicians to perform teardown of all types and models of commercial aircraft. The parting out process includes removal of an orderly, predetermined sequence of parts, components and systems. Care is taken during the removal to ensure integrity of the parts. After each part is tagged for identification (manufacturer's part number, serial number, aircraft registration number, aircraft serial number, and an A & P's signature) and listed on a master inventory, it is carefully packed and crated for shipping.

Engineering & DER
Evergreen Air Center has had an on-site Engineering Department for the past 23 years. This Department supports both routine maintenance and project-type work. The department is highly experienced in support of heavy Aircraft Maintenance Activities and maintains continuous contact with OEMs to expedite repairs.

Customer Service Team
Upon aircraft arrival, the team works with the on-site Customer Representative to ensure the work proceeds efficiently and in accordance with the production flow through the maintenance process. This is done primarily through daily customer meetings with the Operations Staff in which past work is reviewed, planned work explained and the Customer Representative authorizes any changes or additional work. When the maintenance process is completed and the aircraft departs, the Customer Service Team, along with the Sales Representative, follows up with the customer to ensure the aircraft is operating correctly and that the customer is satisfied with Evergreen Air Center's performance.

Maintenance Capabilities

Evergreen Air Center is a FAA Part 145 "Repair Station". Specifically, Evergreen is required to perform its maintenance in accordance with FAA FAR 145.2 for air carriers operating under FAR Part 121.

In addition, Evergreen maintenance specialists can conduct the corrosion prevention and control program (CPCP) and SSID program as well as the requirements of any specific manufacturer's Aging Fleet program to ensure a sound and safe airframe.
