FIRST WAVE MRO |
| First Wave MROs technical competencies center on the maintenance of bonded honeycomb structures, pneumatic ducting and the welding of exotic alloys. The companys primary focus is on the repair and overhaul of engine nacelle structures such as nose cowls, fan cowls, thrust reversers and exhaust nozzles. In addition to nacelles, First Wave MRO also specialized in the repair and overhaul of flight surfaces, engine acoustic liners, aircraft ducting and tubing, and many additional airframe and system related components. |

FIRST WAVE INTERIORS |

First Wave Interiors is an FAA certified part 145 Repair Station with Limited Airframe, Limited Emergency Equipment and Limited Specialized Services ratings. We test and recertify life vests, rafts and slides as well as test and repair passenger and crew oxygen masks. We also repair and overhaul seats, galleys, overhead bins and PSUs. Our Limited Specialized Services rating along with our in-house DER allows us to keep all of our welding and developmental repairs in our facility. Our ability to turn seats faster than anybody in the business, while maintaining the highest quality at a reasonable price, has earned us the loyalty of some the largest regional and mainline carriers in the world. We are constantly expanding our capabilities to better serve our customers. Most recently we have developed manufacturing expertise to produce thermoformed plastic parts.
