Aircraft Overhaul
The heavy maintenance of aircraft has been the backbone of FLS Aerospace's Aircraft Overhaul business for more than fifty years. This wealth of experience and expertise enables us to work with customers to design a maintenance programme that fully complements your operational requirements.
With extensive facilities, including 9 wide-body and 11 narrow-body bays, we have both the ability and capacity to service and support an entire fleet of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Our heavy maintenance bases at Dublin, Manchester and London-Stansted offer a full range of services, maximising our efficiency by providing on-site component support alongside our dedicated airframe workshops, resulting in faster turnaround times for our customers.
To guarantee quality and turntime FLS Aerospace has developed a Check Management System to ensure consistency at all bases. We have also streamlined our range of capabilities into 'Centres of Excellence' to promote our culture of continuous improvement.

About Component Repair
FLS Aerospace provides specialist overhaul services for large aircraft components such as Auxiliary Power Units (APU), landing gear, wheels and brakes as well as a wide range of other mechanical and avionics components. Our repair services are available either independently or as part of a complete component support package for both Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
We have capability to repair, overhaul or refurbish general components, wheels & brakes, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) and landing gears.

The component repair workshops are equipped with high technology systems including sophisticated automatic test equipment and have capability to handle over 20,000 part numbers. With facilities in Dublin, London-Stansted and Palma, comprehensively equipped with the latest high technology systems and sophisticated automatic testing equipment, FLS Aerospace can ensure that the components we return to you are as good as new.
