Aero Fabricators was first established in 1997 as a machine shop serving the aerospace industry. The company has expanded several times and is now approved to repair, overhaul and modify a range of conventional, bonded and composite airframe components including doors, panels, fairings and flight control surfaces. In addition, AFI has recently introduced a successful small parts line oriented toward the repair and overhaul of the less complex mechanical components.
Identified as Aero Fab, Aero Cert and Aero Mech, the three aspects of the current operation provide broad support for Operators, Airframe Providers, OEMs and other Value-Added suppliers.
AFI has occupied the current premises at 8700 Autobahn Drive, Dallas for just over two years. This new facility at almost 196,000 sq. ft., houses all of AFIs offices and shop areas and is a veritable showplace. Visitors to our website at

In just over four years AFI has established an enviable reputation for quality repairs and overhauls at competitive prices and pace setting turn times. Warranty issue have been minimal and the finished product stands as a testament to the quality discipline of the Aero Fabricators team.
In July 2002, AFI anticipates the announcement of an industry leading program aimed at supporting the industry in an unprecedented fashion.
