Av-Ox is an FAA approved Repair Station as well as an authorized Scott Aviation distributor and overhaul/warranty facility. Specializing in aviation Life Support equipment, our areas of expertise include high-pressure gaseous cylinders and valves, regulators and all types of gaseous oxygen equipment. We supply and service everything from "AN" type fittings to complete oxygen systems for the aviation and airline industries. Av-Ox is an approved repair and supply source for Boeing, Lockheed and Douglas. Our major customers include American Airlines, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, United Airlines, Continental Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and U.S. Air among others.

We hold Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Air Agency certificates numbered QX3R805L (CA) and QX3D805L (KY) LX1R312K (NY) and are approved by the Department of Transportation as a cylinder re-qualification facility (registration numbers A212 for California, C752 for Kentucky and B679 for New York).

Being a service/repair station in aviation and airline support for over forty years has established Av-Ox as a customer oriented facility. Av-Ox has three facilities to service your requirements, in Van Nuys, California and in Louisville, Kentucky and our facility in Lancaster New York.

Av-Ox stocks over a million dollars in inventory to support distribution of Scott Aviation items and repair and overhaul of parts manufactured by Scott Aviation, Pacific Scientific/HTL, ARO Corporation, Sabre, Carlton and Litton.
